About this deal

The wearing experience is very similar to the CP145, but due to the additional stiffness they can feel a bit more fatiguing during long runs. While the dome is made of the same silicone, the different inner bore has a small impact on comfort. Sound-wise, there is better bass performance than the Comply Foam while the upper treble remains clear. Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 with SpinFit CP360 Spinfit have been making eartips for a while now, and their claim-to-fame is the name-sake “swivel” mechanism that rotates the top of the inner-stem. This in turn helps to achieve a deeper, more secure seal as the top of the tip (along with the sound-tube) literally bends to get closer to the inner-ear.

The CP145 is just a hair larger than the CP100 at 4.5mm, and is otherwise nearly identical. If you primarily use IEMs with larger eartips but want some flexibility to use them with smaller nozzles, the CP145 will still fit securely on most models while being more accommodating of the wider nozzled IEMs. While the CP100 fits on the Empire Ears line of IEMs, it generally is a little tough to get on, while the CP155 and CP500 don’t provide a snug fit. The CP145 came in just in between with a perfect fit. CP155 and CP500 They do balance out even harmonic signatures providing some better contrasting and odd harmonic flavor. However, quite remarkably, the SpinFit tips do not exacerbate sibilance or compressed sounds at the top-end – this is a big strength especially as it able to portray micro-details without enhancing perceived clarity. Quality of the bass from SpinFit tips is quite impressive with well-defined notes and good texturing across the upper bass and lower mid transition. Granted, it does not have as much weight behind it as True Fidelity foam tips or Symbio W hybrid tips. However, it pairs well with already capable in-ear monitors with bass which is tauter and more disciplined. Midrange As a last bit, the silicone is actually medical grade, so the added benefit is you shouldn’t have issues with allergies and other adverse reactions. SpinFit CP500 These might be a good option for people who have issues with the earbuds making parts of their ears soreThe big difference in most of the models is the size of the bore for the IEM nozzle. Generally you want a tip that’s easy to get on, but not TOO easy to make sure that you have a tight secure fit. The more secure the fit, the better your isolation will be, but if you go with something that’s too snug you’ll risk damaging the eartips when you take them on or off.

In terms of sound, there’s not much of a difference with the CP145, though highs tend to be a bit more present (probably due to the material being harder and therefore more prone to reflecting higher frequencies). Where foam tips are concerned, however, the True Fidelity tips provided with 64 Audio models as well as the Marshmallow tips by Campfire Audio were found to be most comfortable. Interestingly, the SpinFit single-flange tip was more comfortable than MandarinE’s Symbio W hybrid tip (an ear tip with a thin layer of silicone coating an inner thermoplastic memory-foam core). It’s the groove in the inner bore that makes the difference: it grips the lip of the nozzle much better than the usual smooth eartips and this provides better comfort, as the tip is more stable, while also providing a more uniform sound quality across earphones: the distance between the sound port and the end of the eartips is constant, so you get the optimal distance that SpinFit found. Speaking of sound, I find the CP500 to be neutral as they don’t modify the sound significantly – for better or for worse. It’s not only a matter of comfort: the CP145 prove to be great at passive isolation as well. As they seal off the ear canal quite well, the side effect is also that there is an almost-perfect level of isolation. Although the overall isolation is of course dependent on the earphones as well, these eartips make a real difference and shut most of the noise out. SpinFit CP155 Eartips do make a difference in our listening experience. They may not always have an influence on sound, but they do change the way you wear your earphones and this makes all the difference between listening to music while being comfortable and doing so while swearing against the pain in your ears. The SpinFit line-up is quite complete and gives you a lot of choice to get the eartips that better suit your needs, from very deep insertion to a very shallow one. All of them offer a great level of comfort, thanks to the soft silicone and to the incredibly clever design SpinFit came up with. SpinFit eartips are a game changer and can completely change (in a very positive way) the way you experience your favourite earphones. The SpinFit CP100 are the basic model, which by shape and feel most closely resemble “standard” eartips. They are conical (a wide ogive, to be exact) and offer a diameter of 4 mm which fits most earphones (including the Campfire Audio Vega 2020 and Dorado 2020, the Thieaudio Legacy 4, the Tin HiFi T2), but which is also a bit tight for earphones with larger nozzles. Still, they’re the ones that will probably fit the larger number of earphones, as they do just fine even with those that have a smaller nozzle like the Legacy 4. They come in 5 different sizes: SS (XS would have probably been better), S, M, L and XL.

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable for your parcel. SpinFit told me that the silicone in this case is “edible grade”, so even though it’s probably best to not put these over your pasta you probably won’t have any allergic or otherwise adverse reactions to it. SpinFit W1 The CP100 provides an easy fit on an IEM with smaller to medium sized nozzle like 64 Audio’s Universal fit offerings. CP145 October 31, 2023 ] TCL NXTPAPER 11 Tablet Review: Where Paper-Like Experience Meets Performance Lifestyle GadgetsView post on imgur.com CP-800 has a very small nozzle size for using with narrow-bore IEMs like Etymotic ER2XR W1 The peculiarity of the CP100 is that they are tall (9.9 mm), but they are actually quite wider at 13.3 mm. This means that they won’t need to go very deep to seal off your ear canal and therefore will also be fine for earphones with short nozzles. Thanks to this good seal, bass is well extended and controlled, while the rest of the range comes out as well balanced and with no particular colouration and the same sensation of good control as in the lower area. As a whole, the sound is mostly unaltered and this also includes the “bad” side of this, as the tips won’t reduce peaks e.g. in the treble area. Supreme comfort– Premium soft silicone material along with the ergonomic design provides outstanding and lasting comfort.

CP360 and CP1025 are designed for TWS earphones. CP360 is designed to provide a deeper fit, while CP1025 is more shallow. While both will fit on most TWS earphones, some charging cases may not be compatible with the CP360. CP1025 is also available with adapters for Apple AirPods Pro and Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. W1 This applies for most countries. However, large items such as headphones and desktop DAC/AMPs (e.g. HarmonicDyne G200, MUSICIAN MDP-2, and etc.) are excluded.

Everything else is the same as on “normal” silicone eartips, which is also why the SpinFit tips are so great: you get all the pros (good isolation, washability and basically eternal durability, wide compatibility) with none of the cons. SpinFit tips offers a crisper and well-defined higher frequency range with plenty of detailing and articulacy. Compared to MandarinE’s Symbio W hybrid tips, the SpinFit offers extended highs without the harshness and sizzle that the former tips can bring forth. This can also be seen when the SpinFit tips are compared to the Shure Olives tips – there is a good level of restraint without hiding any micro-details or imagery. SpinFit is one of a small group of people making silicon ear tips. I think silicon works best as it allows for a more durable tip. They still fit in securely and create a good seal. While Comply Tips will wear down over time, SpinFit tips just keep going. Among the rest, the CP-360 should be in your stable if you’re into TWS earphones, they are one of the few TWS-specific eartip after all. The CP-500 is a specialist eartip that can be unpredictable, and being the widest-bore tip in Spinfit’s lineup offers something unique. Finally, the CP-240 is something I couldn’t find a use for and the CP-800 didn’t perform as well as the tips it’s supposed to replace (for me). So these two don’t excite me as much. A set of large spinfit's have completely turned this experience around, visceral bass feels improved a bit and they're a tad brighter with disappear-in-your-ears comfort.
